The Coppell Gifted Association is committed to:

  • Promoting awareness of and provide information about the education and social/emotional needs of GT students
  • Supporting the CISD and its teachers in their efforts to meet the needs of GT students
  • Identifying unmet needs and champion solutions to address them

What’s happening at Coppell Gifted Association?

  • mosaic-logoRegistration is in progress for our MOSAIC Summer Enrichment for grades 4-8. Several classes are already full, so sign up now!
    • Want to spend quality time with your child playing the Game of Kings? Chess is now available for parents as well.
    • Looking to tap into artistic and creative talent?  Calligraphy is now open to 3rd graders and their parents.
    • Thinking about rocketry for the August session? check out some videos from our June session under the comments section!  Also, see the latest blog entry about engineering.
    • Need additional enrichment ideas for the summer? Click on our enrichment tab at the top of the page.
  • We have already made several plans for the Fall Semester 2009 for our Speaker Series and MOSAIC student enrichment activities… go to our Events section and click on the 2009-2010 CGA Calendar link at the top of the page.  Have ideas for future programs and student enrichment events?  Contact our Program Chair, Elizabeth Chappell.
