Teen Leadership Requirement Lifted

CHS Freshman will no longer be required to take Teen Leadership. As advocated by CGA members, the CISD school board voted in December to eliminate the requirement for Teen Leadership.
This decision gives students an additional 1-semester elective of their choosing. With the stringent course requirements of International Baccalaureate and the introduction of “4×4” science and math requirements, maintaining some wiggle room in their schedules for students to pursue their passions is important.
