CGA Needs You
Want to make a difference in your gifted student’s education?
Want to be on the cutting edge of what’s new in gifted education?
Want to be in the know about what’s going on with gifted education in Coppell ISD?
Then come join us as a CGA Board Member, Committee Member, or Campus Representative.
We are searching for a Programs Coordinator for Student Enrichment. This person would serve on a committee with the 1st Vice President of Programs and have the fun task of creating and implementing programs for students of all ages.
We are also seeking a parent to represent Coppell Middle School North and parents to partner with our current campus reps to represent Pinkerton Elementary and Coppell High School. Campus Representatives serve as a liaison between CGA and the campus where their children attend. All campus reps meet once a month as members of the Communications Committee where information, news, and events are shared and discussed. Todd Kettler, the CISD Director of Advanced Academics, also attends our Communications Committee meetings, along with various CGA board members. This position is a fantastic way to learn more about what’s going on within Coppell ISD and in other areas of Texas and the U.S.
If you are interested in serving gifted students in any of these roles, please contact Lian Loop, Co-President.
