Looking for some great summer camps? Check out MOSAIC
* Summer MOSAIC *
Do you know what your children will do the first week of summer break? There are still seats in a few classes for the June session of MOSAIC.
MOSAIC will take place the week of June 6-10, from 9am to noon at CMS North. Classes such as Baylor Hospital’s Safe Sitter will prepare your older child for when they watch younger children during the summer. There is also room in Critical Thinking with the Bill of Rights (with Todd Kettler), Mock Trial (with a real Dallas County Judge), Writing Studio (use technology to showcase your writing), Egg Drop (protect your egg from gravity), Logic & Math Puzzles (fun challenging puzzles to keep you thinking all summer), Origami (do creative folding all summer), Magic & Mystery (with a real Magician), Vocabulary Builder (jumpstart your summer reading), Wind Generators (how do those turbines make power?), and finally Military History (the only place in Dallas you can discuss military strategy thru time).
There are additional courses being taught during August MOSAIC which will take place August 1-5. Detailed course descriptions, schedules, and full classes can be found by clicking the MOSAIC tab above.
For all students entering 4th thru 8th grade in Fall 2011. (current 3rd – 7th graders)
