Need some more reasons to go to SED?

  • SED has a 3D printer, a plasma ball, Lego EV3 Mindstorms, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, cellular slides, chemicals, and hundreds of other hands-on tools for kids to explore Engineering, Medicine, Chemistry, Physics and Electronics.
  • The instructors (real science experts) have the passion and knowledge to get everyone excited about science. They believe that kids don’t need to wait until high school (or college) to conduct REAL science experiments and solve real world problems. The opportunities are available to kids in grades 1-12.
  • The sky is the limit — if your child already has mastered the “planned” curriculum or has a different question he/she would like to approach, they will provide guidance and challenge to take it to the next level… and beyond. Imagine testing real chemical reactions, or experimenting with cancer cells, or evaluating wing designs in a wind tunnel — The instructors’ passion and commitment is contagious.
