Gifted Matters – May 2015

It’s hard to believe that the end of the school year is upon us!   There are still some great things going on with Coppell Gifted Association, so check out our articles below!

Family Event – CGA will be hosting Kidprov on May 21st at 6:30 p.m at Coppell Middle School East.  This event is for both parents and kids!  We hope you’ll be able to come out and hear a wrap up of our year, vote for next year’s board and enjoy a  performance by KidProv!  Space will be limited, so you MUST REGISTER if you’ll be attending!  Click here for more info and to register.

Arduino Event – We still have a few slots available for our middle school Arduino Event being held on May 8th & 9th.   Open to 6th-8th graders, participants will learn the basics of building electronics with Arduino.  Click here for more information.

Summer MOSAIC – Registration for MOSAIC classes is continuing!  If your child is a rising 4th – 8th grader, check out the great class opportunities and register today!  Sessions are offered June 8th-12th and July 27th-31st.

Parent MOSAIC – For the first time, CGA is offering a Parents-Only MOSAIC course during our June MOSAIC session!  Come join us for “iGuide: Parenting Kids in the Digital Age”.  For details, click here.

2015-2016 Leadership:  CGA is currently seeking people interested in serving on our board or as campus reps next school year. If you’d be willing to give some of your time to CGA, please click here.
