The Texas Association for Gifted and Talented conference proved to be a successful experience for all CISD educators and parents who were able to attend thanks to grants from CGA.  The attendees’ blog comments reflect a variety of “a-ha!” moments and insights about the presentations they attended.

The gifted learners in CISD, however, will benefit the most because of the training and information the educators received at the conference.  It is CGA’s hope that Superintendent Jeff Turner, School Board member Thom Hulme, and the ten teachers will implement what they learned in their classrooms and utilize the information in their decisions affecting the GT students in CISD.

CGA commends all of them for their time, efforts, and dedication to the GT students of Coppell.
